Samsung's new phones

The Galaxy S21 FE came just in time for CES 2022, but we're still waiting for Samsung's next top phone. The Galaxy S22 could be announced as soon as February, according to rumors. While we wait to see what the Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, and S22 Ultra have in store, the rumor mill is abuzz with speculation about S Pen support, camera advancements, and Android 12 compatibility. However, if the latest speculations are to be believed, those fancy features may come at a cost.

Samsung's August presentation enticed us with two new foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3, as well as the Galaxy Watch 4, the company's latest wearable.

We were impressed by the Samsung Galaxy S21's outstanding all-around performance and better feature-to-price ratio than the S20. With its fantastic camera setup and ability to produce excellent zoomed-in images, the Galaxy S21 Ultra wowed us. So, what's the plan for the sequels? Here's what we expect from the Galaxy S22.

Samsung usually releases its S-series phones in March, but in 2021, it defied the pattern by releasing the S21 range in January. The firm normally updates its handsets every 12 months, so the S22 might be revealed in January as well. On Jan. 4, Samsung gave a CES pre-show speech and unveiled the Galaxy S21 FE, a low-cost smartphone.

It's also likely that Samsung may wish to give the S21 line some breathing room and will revert to a March release date. However, according to leaker Jon Prosser, the Galaxy S22 will be unveiled on February 8 during a Samsung Unpacked event.

According to DDaily, a Korean magazine, the Galaxy S22 will be unveiled.
